291 days

So the last few days I've gotten a renewed sense of urgency and energy to lose weight and exercise m ore. Saturday I went to the gym with my friend Jen and we kicked butt in Boxing class. I was sore for literally 3 days later. My thighs, arms and places I didn't know could hurt, hurt. But in a great way. Means I worked the muscles that were laying dormant. And that felt great.

I started tracking again on WW mobile app. I even compared what to get for a snack while I was WALKING home yesterday from work on the ww calculator. Instead of a yummy looking sandwich, I opted for the chicken lunch meat (solely protein) and a small hummus/pretzels. The sandwich had a whopping million sodium, carbs and everything... was just off the charts! Amazing when you take a second to look, what you find.

So Yesterday, I walked from 53rd and Broadway across town to TJMaxx (bought 2 cute cheap dresses) and then walked up to 74th and 1st. Got home to my best fiance who had cleaned the entire apartment for me! (vacuumed and all!!) He's a keeper!

Today I will try to go to gym to do arm weights at least (have to get these arms in shape for the dress!)
